About Community Action Introduction History Mission Statement Staff Board of Directors Board of Directors As a not-for-profit organization, Washington-Morgan Community Action is locally governed by a fifteen-member board of directors. In accordance with federal law, the board is comprised of three sectors: the low income sector, the public sector and the private sector. Board Members Chair: Sandra A.
